However, many of these items have been superseded by the ESIP Parts package. Generally, if your vehicle has multiport electronic fuel injection, the ESIP parts package will be the more economical and more effective conversion. The ESIP Package can be used on E85-capable vehicles but the SVI System is generally recommended for these applications. If your vehicle has throttle body injection, a fumigation conversion is the main option at this time and Technocarb systems require the Scan Tool for configuration. The ESIP Package can be adapted to some TBI applications (such as a 1994 Chevrolet Suburban, 5.7L) but this would be a special-order product. If you're not sure, contact us for a recommendation. In commercial diesel truck applications, the best way to reduce fuel costs is to install a diesel-CNG dual fuel conversion system. We have both the economy Red Rooster diesel-CNG system and the premium EcoDiesel diesel-CNG system available. Both systems are underhood conversions only and you will need to have a local CNG conversion shop install the CNG cylinders and run the high pressure lines. For LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) Applications, we recommend the EcoDiesel diesel-LNG system. Conversions for older carbureted vehicles consist of the carburetor package (mixer + throttle body) and a basic components package (converter, fuel lock, etc). For off-road applications, a lift truck DOT tank kit contains the components necessary to use a fork lift tank (tank not included). We don't include liquid hoses in any packages because the length depends upon the application so it's best to get exactly as much as required - no more, no less. Your safety is our primary concern. We require all of customers to agree to meeting the applicable regulations in their jurisdiction. In the USA, you must follow NFPA 58 for automotive LPG systems and NPFA 52 for automotive CNG systems. Similarly, in Canada you must follow CSA B149.5 for automotive propane systems and CSA B109 for CNG.
