Filter for liquid LPG.  Used in Technocarb LPG injection systems upstream of the converter.  Normally not required because the current lock-off contrains an integral liquid filter.  However, if your fuel is particularly dirty, you may want to consider adding this filter upstream of the lock-off for additional filtering capability.
